Aggregator teasers show Bengaluru–Paris from ₹20,489 one way. Plan ₹55,000–85,000 return in season and ₹35,000–50,000 off-season, and you will not be surprised.
About ₹10,500 done simply, ₹14,400 typical, ₹22,800 with premium lounge and courier. A family of four should budget ₹42,000–48,000 for visas alone.
Hotels, breakfast, listed Indian dinners, transfers, rail between cities, entry tickets named on the card and visa assistance. Not covered: flights, lunches, personal spending. Written on every quote.
Indian travellers lost roughly ₹136 crore on refused Schengen applications in 2024. Almost every refusal is a paperwork problem, and paperwork is what an operator with a desk in Coimbatore is for.
The first six of the full checklist. The complete, dated list is on the checklist page with a printable PDF.
No competitor writes about this because none of them has stood in La Chapelle at dinner time. We have. Paris feeds a Tamil family better than most Indian cities do.
The only nonstop India–Paris flights leave from Delhi, about 11 hours 10 minutes. Everyone in the south connects once. Here is how we route each city, and where its visa appointment is.

Enquiries from Tamil Nadu peak December–February for the spring season and April–May for the school holidays. The visa lead time means you should be talking to us 4–5 months before you fly.
Mild, long days and pre-peak prices. Our busiest honeymoon and family window, and the one we recommend first.
Best overallHottest, most crowded, most expensive — but it is school-holiday time and the Ganesh festival month in Little Jaffna, so it sells.
School holidaysHarvest season, thinner crowds, softer hotel prices. The connoisseur's window, and the one nobody markets to Indians.
Best valueCheapest flights and rooms, Christmas markets in Strasbourg and Colmar, skiing in the Alps. Short days, warm coats.

The route behind our Best of France package. Every day names where you eat Indian, and no day starts before 8 am.
Met at CDG by your Tamil-speaking guide. Check in, evening walk along the Seine, dinner in Little Jaffna.
Summit tickets pre-booked for the morning slot; sunset river cruise.
Timed Louvre entry, Notre-Dame, Sainte-Chapelle, thali at Passage Brady.
Palace and gardens by RER, back in Paris for Montmartre at dusk.
Families take the park; couples and seniors take the abbey on the tide.
Two-hour ride south, Promenade des Anglais, old town, Èze or Monaco if you have the energy.
Or back to Paris for a late flight. Airport transfer included.
Every big France seller is a Mumbai, Delhi or Ahmedabad business selling to a generic "Indian traveller". We are a Coimbatore company selling France to Tamil families, and the difference shows up in four places.
Your consultant in Ramanathapuram speaks Tamil, and so does the guide who meets you at CDG. English and Hindi too, for mixed groups.
Pre-checked files, a cover letter written for you, the Chennai or Bengaluru appointment booked, and a mock interview if it is your first time.
The competitor benchmark is a missing number and an enquiry form. Ours is a ₹ figure with the inclusions listed beside it.
Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy and Salem travellers get a positioning plan, not a Chennai fare pasted onto a different city.
My parents were terrified of the visa interview. The mock interview in Tamil made all the difference — the officer in Chennai asked exactly the questions we had practised. Visas in 18 days.
We are a Jain family of six and I expected to survive on fruit. Every dinner was arranged, and the guide took us to La Chapelle for a proper meal on the first evening. Disneyland day was perfect.
The quote listed the Disney ticket, the TGV and the Eiffel summit separately, with the ₹ figure for each. No other agency showed me that. What we paid was what the sheet said.
France Tours & Travels is the France and Europe brand of Winmaxi Holidays & Travels Pvt Ltd, 9/5 Subramaniam Road, Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore 641045, Tamil Nadu — the same company behind the Winmaxi Ooty, Kochi and Chennai sites. We sell France tour packages from India to families, couples, seniors and groups across Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka, and we serve pan-India enquiries on WhatsApp in Tamil, English and Hindi.
What we do differently is simple to state: Tamil-speaking consultants before departure and Tamil-speaking guides on the ground in Paris; the Schengen file pre-checked before your VFS appointment in Chennai or Bengaluru; Indian, South Indian, Jain and halal meals arranged rather than apologised for; honest routing for travellers flying out of Coimbatore, Madurai and Trichy; and every price published in rupees, in full, with what is and is not included.
Day-by-day itinerary, visa timeline and the full ₹ price, on WhatsApp.
For 7 days, plan ₹1.15–1.8 lakh per person on a budget, ₹1.85–2.85 lakh mid-range and ₹3 lakh upwards for luxury, including return flights of ₹35,000–85,000, six nights' stay, food, local transport, sightseeing and about ₹10,000–15,000 for the visa and insurance. Our land packages start at ₹84,000 for 3 nights in Paris; flights are quoted separately for your departure city.
Processing is commonly 15–30 days once VFS accepts your file, and you can apply up to 6 months before travel. In 2025 India filed 1.15 million Schengen applications and about 15.8% were refused, mostly for weak financial proof, thin itineraries, missing insurance or applying to the wrong consulate. We pre-check every document before your appointment so those reasons do not apply to you.
April to June is the best overall window: mild weather, long days and prices below the July–August peak. September–October gives the best value for experience with harvest season and thinner crowds. July–August is hottest and dearest but suits school holidays, and November–March is cheapest, with Christmas markets in Strasbourg and Colmar. Apply for the visa 4–5 months ahead whichever month you choose.
Yes. More than 100,000 Tamils live in France and Paris has a working Tamil quarter, Little Jaffna, around La Chapelle and Gare du Nord. Tamil-speaking private guides are bookable there, and we arrange one for your Paris days on request. Before you fly, your consultant in our Coimbatore office speaks Tamil too, so nothing about the visa or the itinerary is lost in translation.
Easily. Paris has two Indian food zones: Passage Brady in the 10th arrondissement and Little Jaffna at La Chapelle, with Tamil and Sri Lankan restaurants, dosa and filter coffee, plus pure-vegetarian Indian restaurants near Gare du Nord, the Louvre and Notre-Dame. Jain-strict restaurants are scarce, so we pre-arrange Jain meals through our hotels and partner kitchens when you tell us at booking, at no extra planning fee.
Seven days covers Paris properly plus one big day trip and a taste of a second region. Our 7-day route gives Paris 4 nights (Eiffel, Louvre, Versailles, Disneyland or Mont Saint-Michel) and then a 2-hour TGV ride to Nice for 2 nights on the Riviera. If you would rather add Switzerland, the Paris + Switzerland 7N/8D package from ₹1,35,000 swaps Nice for Interlaken and Lucerne.
Yes. A booking amount confirms your seat and hotel holds, the balance is paid in 2–3 instalments before your visa appointment, and flights are paid when we ticket them so you get the fare of the day. Card EMI options depend on your issuing bank; ask your consultant for the current schemes before you book. Every instalment is invoiced by Winmaxi Holidays & Travels Pvt Ltd.
No. The only nonstop India–Paris flights are from Delhi (Air France and Air India, about 11 hours 10 minutes). From Coimbatore, Chennai, Madurai or Trichy you connect once, usually through Dubai, Doha, Abu Dhabi, Frankfurt, Istanbul or Delhi. Plan ₹55,000–85,000 for a return ticket in season and ₹35,000–50,000 off-season; we compare every routing for your dates before we quote.
Send your month, your city and how many are travelling. A Tamil-speaking France specialist replies with the plan, the visa timeline and the price in ₹.
